AS WE APPROACH THE NEW YEAR WE START FEELING THE NEED TO CHANGE SOME ROUTINES AND IMPROVE OUR HEALTH. WE WANT SO MUCH TO BEGIN 2016 WITH OUR RIGHT FOOT AND LEAVE BEHIND THINGS THAT ARENT HELPING OUR ASCENSION. THE LIGHT WE RECEIVE IS HEALING, TRANSMUTING, BUILDING OUR CRYSTALLINE BODY AND ALL THE HELP WE CAN GIVE TO OUR BODY IS SUPER IMPORTANT. THIS BODY OF OURS IS A SACRED TEMPLE, A GREAT CREATION AND TO LOVE OURSELVES INCLUDES RESPECTING AND TAKING CARE OF OUR PHYSICAL PARTS.
FIRST OF ALL START PAYING ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY LANGUAGE. IT SPEAKS TO YOU IN SO MANY WAYS… IT WANTS A DIALOGUE WITH YOU AS MUCH AS YOUR SOUL AND YOUR HEART WANT. YOU ARE A WHOLE BEING MADE OF SEVERAL BODIES AND ENGAGING EVERY PARTS SO YOU BECOME YOUR BEST VERSION IS THE BEST YOU CAN OFFER TO YOUR BEING.
HERE ARE SOME EASY STEPS TO DETOX OR JUST TO HELP YOU FEELING BETTER IN YOUR DAILY LIFE. IT GIVES YOU VITALITY AND MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

CONSUME HEALTHY FOOD:
IT IS BEST TO EAT ORGANIC PRODUCTS THAT ARE FRESH AND IN SEASON AND AVOID PRESERVATIVES AND ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES. WHETHER YOU COOK OR YOU EAT RAW MEALS, THE FIRST STEP TO A HEALTHY DIET IS TO AVOID PROCESSED FOOD.
DRINK CLEAN WATER:
WATER IS VITAL TO LIFE AND IT”S BEST TO DRINK FILTERED WATER OR GLASS BOTTLED WATER FROM ORGANIC SOURCES. DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY BETWEEN MEALS.
DEEP BREATHING:
WHEN WE BREATH, WE USUALLY USE ONLY UPPER PARTS OF OUR LUNGS (SHALLOW BREATHING), BUT IF WE ALSO USE LOWER PARTS OF OUR LUNGS, WE ENABLE OXYGEN TO CIRCULATE PROPERLY TO OUR TISSUES. IT BRINGS NUTRIENTS AND REMOVES THE WASTE AWAY. ALSO STIMULATES THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM WHICH HELPS THE BODY GET RID OF TOXINS AND BRINGS A SENSE OF RELAXATION. IF YOUR ABDOMEN MOVES, THEN YOU DEEP BREATHING.
EXERCISE GENTLY:
WE ALL KNOW THAT EXERCISE IS VITAL FOR OUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, YOU DON”T NEED TO STRESS YOUR BODY BY EXERCISING TOO HARD; THIS CAN TAKE ENERGY AWAY AND YOU WILL FEEL WEAK AND TIRED. DO GENTLE EXERCISES, SUCH AS WALKING AND YOGA. THESE ENCOURAGE DEEP BREATHING AND WILL BOOST YOUR CIRCULATION.
MASSAGE:
MASSAGE INCREASES THE CIRCULATION AND IMPROVES OXYGEN FLOW IN OUR BODY. IT HELPS THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM TO REMOVE TOXINS FROM THE TISSUES, AS WELL AS REMOVING DEAD SKIN CELLS FROM THE SURFACE OF THE SKIN.
HAVE FUN:
WHAT IS THAT YOU ENJOY DOING? WHAT EVER YOU LOVE JUST DO IT! WAKING IN NATURE, CONTEMPLATION, MUSIC, MOVIES, SING, DANCE, READ, TALK, SPORTS, STUDY, LAUGH, MAKE LOVE… JUST FIND THE TIME FOR THE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY. DO A BIT OF THAT OFTEN. YOU NEED TO FULFILL YOUR SELF EVERY DAY, NOT ONCE IN A WHILE.
IMPROVE MENTAL ENERGY:
CHANGE YOURSELF BY STOPPING CONNECTING WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONS SUCH AS FEAR, SELF PITY AND MOOD SWINGS. THEY HAVE THE EFFECT OF STRESSING AND MAKING YOU SICK.. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL ENERGY BY DOING FOR EXAMPLE MEDITATION AND DEEP BREATHING, AND ALSO BATH RITUAL WHICH CAN HELP YOU RELAX AND SLEEP WELL AT THE END OF THE DAY.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY SO YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR SELF AND YOUR LOOKS. THAT IS LOVING AND BRINGS YOU SELF-CONFIDENT AND JOY.
